Naturopathic Initial Assessment + 30 min follow up | Adult 12+ | 75 minutes | $400​

  • Required for all new patients

Naturopathic Initial Assessment +30 min follow up| Child 0-12 | 60 minutes | $275​

  • Required for all new patients

​

Follow-up | 30 minutes | $80

​

Accountability check-in | 15 minutes | $50

​

New Evaluation | 60 minutes | Price dependent on complexity of chief concern

Immune Consultation | 45 minutes | $150

  • For acute infection care

Discounts

  • Family Care: $50 off each initial assessment for immediate family members of existing patient.

  • Veterans + Active duty: $50 off initial assessment

Insurance

  • Thrive is not in-network with any insurance companies. We are a cash-based practice.

A $40 deposit is required for first appointment. Remaining balances due at the end of all appointments. No shows will result in a $40 charge to card on file.
